The Espresso Evolution is incredibly evocative of the early days of Gaggia, with a panarello steam arm and pressurised brewing for easy manual coffee making - even more incredible, this machine is equipped with both pre-infusion and PID.

Please be aware, unlike the Classic Evo Pro and GT, this machine uses a 53mm portafilter size.

Gaggia provide a five year parts warranty of espresso machines for domestic customers, covering both parts and labour. Wear and tear or misuse of the machine are not covered under the warranty, all care and instructions to use the machine are included upon purchase.
