We ship online orders 5 days a week, Monday – Friday. Any orders received by 11am will usually be shipped the same day.
Our shipping is fulfilled by courier services, primarily EvRi, but on occasion will be APC Overnight Express or TNT for heavier items such as espresso machines or grinders.
All orders up to 500g of coffee and tea items, will be shipped in a letterbox mailer or envelope. Over 500g, items will be sent with suitable packaging to ensure safe and smooth delivery of your item(‘s).
Postage costs may be found at the ‘checkout’ page, and may vary from time to time dependent on courier fuel surcharge, however, we will never charge you any additional fees to what we pay our courier partner.
We do not ship internationally and only to the UK, any items shipped outside the UK after purchase will void their warranty with us or the manufacturer, we take no responsibility or liability for costs in this case.
Local Delivery and Pickup
We offer free local delivery to LA9 postcodes and free pickup service at our roastery (between our opening hours of 8.30am-3.30pm), please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order and deliver it to your home. Pickup service is usually available on the same day, but we will notify you via email when your order is ready.
Damaged Deliveries and Returns
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged, we will ask for a proof via photo to email@example.com – upon proof, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you are simply unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refund and return, all return costs for this reason will fall on to the customer, we will then inspect the goods and check that they have been returned in perfect, re-sellable condition and complete your refund.
