The ultimate classic in espresso machines; this is what you'd know as 'the workhouse' of the Gaggia family. The Classic Evo Pro is a newly upgraded version, with a brass boiler for to give unparalleled temperature stability for the home barista. 

We're big fans of the Evo Pro paired with a standalone grinder, the perfect home barista set-up, with the classic sporting a stainless steel professional steam arm, allowing you to steam the perfect silky milk. The Classic Evo Pro has a 15 bar pump to allow pressure build up and creating a delicate crema.

When you buy a Gaggia Espresso Machine, you buy a part of history, with Achille Gaggia (the founder) being one of the pioneers of espresso brewing, creating the first steam-free espresso machine in 1938, and eventually the first ever home espresso maker. Gaggia provide a five year parts warranty of espresso machines for domestic customers, covering both parts and labour. Wear and tear or misuse of the machine are not covered under the warranty, all care and instructions to use the machine are included upon purchase.
