For our English Breakfast, we have pulled together an absolute belter - an intense second flush Assam BOP and a delicate Kenyan BP1 to mellow out the intensity.
Traditionally in the UK; Assam (India) was a big player in our tea market; but as costs have increased over the years, tea blenders have tried to phase out this tea, but at the compromise of taste, this is something we didn't want to do. Our English Breakfast packs the appropriate punch that you should expect from your brew.
A dark rich liquor, with full bodied malt taste.
Brew using 3.5g per 100ml at 99 celsius for 3-5 minutes.
Ingredients: Assam and Kenyan Tea Leaves.
