Working with one of our key sourcing partners, Ally, we are delighted to bring this classic, clean, washed Guatemalan, from a group of small-holder producers in Western Guatemala, we can present Ceiba.

Ceiba is everything you would expect from a washed Guatemalan - incredibly refreshing and clean in taste, with notes of Red Cherry, Apricot and Milk Chocolate, a great all-rounder for all brewing methods.

This community produced blend is named after the national tree of Guatemala, the Ceiba - this tree is held in high regard to both Mayan and Mesoamerican culture, symbolising the connection between land and sky.

Guatemalan coffee is incredibly well known across the globe and for good reason, down to its high altitude and volcanic soil, producing rich and diverse coffee.
