Give a big applause, Paradise Mountain! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe've sourced this beauty from Papua New Guinea, and we couldn't be happier after securing a small batch of this in late 2024 - we've been vying to get this back to the roastery ever since. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParadise Mountain is processed in a completely chemical free way, using the sugarcane process after it's initially processing at the Goroka Mill, in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea - made up from the small farms of various small-holders in the local region, all paying meticulous attention to detail in their small batches to bring together a larger quantity used for Decaffeination exclusively.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Sugarcane Process is an often overlooked process in the market, however, is a particular favourite of ours down to it's lack of carbon footprint and chemical free qualities.
